Roadside Service Technician
Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to roadside service calls for tire repairs/replacements
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and tire-related issues on site
- Operate company service truck and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate service records and complete job tickets
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers in stressful situations
- Ensure service truck is clean, stocked, and maintained
- Rotate on-call shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
